About my character
Hi, I'm Fumino!
The user picture is the actual real character Fumino. This is a character from a very gory old anime movie which at the moment I can't remember the name of it.
My current in-game skin was custom made by Fehzor. It is a minotaur as the majority of my past characters in Role Playing Games have been that. Not only is he a minotaur, but he is a Hippy Minotaur!
Introduction
During one of my breaks while playing "The Final Challenge," a MUD (Multi-user Dungeon) game, I was maintaining one of my multiple justin.tv broadcasts and ventured over to the "Games" category to see what games everyone was currently playing. The top 5 streams with the most viewers was this game called Minecraft. It looked rather fun so I went to the website, created an account, and went directly to the Minecraft Classic Multiplayer Servers. The first few I tried were rather empty and boring. Then I found the wonderful world of SpecialAttack.net's server.
History
I first joined SpecialAttack.net Freebuild on August 24th, 2010. After running around the map for about 20 minutes, I found the perfect spot to make my first build. I created a flashy strip club. After creating the outside and all of the inside, an operator at the time named Destoned swung by and took a look at it. He seemed to like it, but said it just wasn't enough to it. He suggested I added a basement. Over an hour later I created a basement which had it's own private bar and vip room. I called over Destoned and he promoted me on the spot, right after calling a few of his friends and dancing on the poles for a bit.
Right after my promotion to Builder, he directed me to the safe member maps. My second creation was a 62 room hotel named the Fumiplex. The Fumiplex was build on the map builder27 (now called member27) and featured a decked out lobby, a garden room with modern art hanging from the ceilings, a lobby fountain with 4 elevators by it, a bowling alley I called Rainbow Lanes, budget rooms, cabin themed rooms, a movie theater, a spa and pool, resturants, smoking areas, an arcade, a hidden underground tennis and basketball court which was never finished, penthouse suites, offices, and finally a vip club called "The Cheese Club."
Back then getting the rank AdvBuilder took a ton of effort, that particular hotel took me 5 days to finish and after having an operator and a super operator inspect it, it was declined. Right after I went to member26 and began work on an art theater. The art theater featured a penguin faced entrance which you walked through his throat to the main room which had a giant chandelier, concession stands, vip stands, and basic seating all around. The main stage was the penguins mouth wide open with his tonsil hanging down in the middle. Upon inspection for promotion, it was denied. After spending several more hours on it, It finally got approved by Aleries and thus I ranked up to AdvBuilder.
From there I made many creations which have been signed and are located on maps member26, member27, member28, member29, member30, member31, space 2, neverland, war3, and on member52.
After a month of playing on the server, I along with Fehzor were promoted to Operator, and after some more time, I along with Pandorum were promoted to Super Operator.
The map School was an idea I had when I was an Operator and a Super Operator online at the time thought it was a cool idea and created the map for me. The original School map just a flat grass area with glass models of the different draw commands. I believe it was the very next day that JuncoPartner offered to redo the map, and give it more of a school feel, which he successfully did and it looks great.
